Homosexual activists are urging the California Supreme Court to strike down the people’s vote on man-woman marriage. Yet the California Constitution requires the people’s constitutional amendments to be upheld.

SaveCalifornia.com has prewritten the following letter asking the California justices to uphold the full application of Prop. 8.

You and your friends — as many people as possible — should print it, sign it, and mail it to the California Supreme Court. Our attitude is cordial and respectful, and yours should be too.

The court will receive all legal briefs on the case in January, with oral arguments scheduled on March 5, 2009, and a decision within 90 days afterward.

Here’s a sample letter

Mail it to:

Chief Justice Ronald M. George and the
Associate Justices of the California Supreme Court
350 McAllister Street
San Francisco, CA 94102
